
Firstly, rice have a lot of carbohydrate which needed for human in doing
their activities. The carbohydrate would transform to glucose. If you aren’t
doing any activity, so the glucose would settled on our body. As a consequence,
the level of our glucose would increase, and it’s bad for our body.
Second is constipation. Constipation happen because rice has a little
bit of fiber which function for pushed out the remnant of our food that we have
ate. If the remnant of the food don’t
pushed out, it will caused other possibly error intestines.
And the last, degree of nutrition that include on rice is low. One
cup of cooked short-grain rice provides 242 calories, 53 grams of carbohydrates
and 4.39 grams of protein, the U.S. Department of Agriculture calculates. When we eat a little bit of rice, we
wouldn’t feel enough, or we still feel hungry, so we added more rice in our
plate. It’s danger for our body, because it would make our body in malnutrition
condition.
Therefore, from the statements above, it clearly inform that consume a
lot of rice could cause bad impact for our body.
