Procedure Text - How to Root Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360

Goal: Root Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360
 

Material needed:

·         Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360

·         Laptop or PC

·         Data Cable

·         Update.zip (download) or (download)

Procedure:

1. First, you have to back up your important data to pc or laptop.
2. Make sure that your phone has been filled by minimum 50% energy.
3. Then, put update.zip that you have downloaded to SD card on your phone. (it’s better for you if you put it the prime SD card directory, not included in some folder). 
4. Press the power button, and turn off your mobile phone.
5. If your phone has been dead, get in to recovery mode by press volume up, home and power button together for 12-15 second.
   
6. Press volume up or down to move up or down and choose “Apply Update from SD Card” by pressing home button.
   
7. Choose “update.zip” file on your SD card. 
   
8.  Next choose “Reboot System Now”.
   
9. Wait a minute until reboot process has been finished.
10. Check your phone and find “superuser” application.
    
11. If you find “superuser” on your phone, it means your phone has been rooted.
